Is the US Attorney General President Trump’s personal Attorney or the Peoples defender?

Jeff Sessions

We are told the truth will set you free, say the truth and the court will go easy on you, truth good, lie bad, justice is colorblind, honesty is the best policy and so on. As a matter of fact the whole system is based on the truth or so it would seem.

So Attorney General Jeff Sessions went in front of the Senate Intelligence Committee and the American people, swore to tell the truth and nothing but the truth “so help me God” but instead lied his ass off. He spent the whole session defending President Trump and lying to the people.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has being in American politics for over 35 years, as a US Assistant Attorney and Senator and until recently a member of the same Committee that he is now lying to so shamefully. If there is anything like poetic justice this was it, watching Jeff Sessions in the hot seat, the same hot seat he put several black people he wrongfully accused, prosecuted and sent to prison.

I do believe it was a brilliant move by President Trump tapping weakest link from the Senate Intelligence Committee as his Attorney General, a job he had promised Gov Chris Christie.

If you have watched Perry Mason or any American police drama you know that nervousness is one outward expression of guilt. The lie detector machine is based on reading nervousness as signs of lies.

When questioned by Senator Kamala Harris of California, a former prosecutor and 32nd Attorney General of California, the only black woman in the US Senate and the Senate Intelligence Committee and only the second black woman to be elected to the US Senate, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said being rush by her “makes me nervous”.

Huh?

The Attorney General of the United States nervous?

Or

Was he sending a sexist and racist dog whistle to his base? – @OgbeniAyotunde
