Yesterday my good friend American comedian Tony Woods tweeted me “stop taking pictures and help!”
Well he is right, you see as a photojournalist and documentary filmmaker it is impossible for me not to get affected by the lives of those I photograph.
This story is about an orphaned baby monkey saved by his mother’s instinct of hiding him while been chased by a hunter and his dogs.
The woman speaking in the background says she could never eat monkeys because they are human and the orphaned baby monkey cries just like her own baby.
There are no wildlife sanctuaries or rehabilitation facilities in Nasarawa State, Nigeria.
What are the odds this orphaned baby monkey will live to be a year old?
