While we sit and watch the ongoing attempt to conquer territories in the Niger-Delta – notably Bayelsa and River State – recollect this famous quote:
“The new nation called Nigeria should be an Estate of our great grandfather Uthman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We use the Minorities in the North as willing tools and the south as a conquered territory and never allow them to rule over us and never allow them to have control over their future”.
— Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto ( The Parrot Newspaper, 12 October, 1960)

How is Nigeria? I was there a few weeks ago, from 14th to 24th November, 2015. It was for IPPC 2015.

I see. Where do you live? Were you there for IPPC 2015? Would you like to be there next year. Sorry for many questions. I just love to share Jesus with friends. Some like it, some don’t… 🙂

Not a problem, I live in Abuja. I am not a Christian so I doubt I will be attending IPPC

Good and honest reply. Do you believe in God? I mean, why are you not a Christian? I know there must be a reason. A good one, maybe… 🙂

I don’t believe the Christian concept of god and honestly Christianity is destroying Africa. Research the history of Christianity without the bible. Try prove god without the bible.

Great. If you don’t mind please, do you believe in any concept of God apart from the Christianity one?
It’s nice to meet someone who is open to talk like you are. I hope you will not leave the conversation.
And, how is Christianity destroying Africa?
Sorry for many questions. Are you African?

Nature is God. I am Yoruba and our culture believe all the elements (water, wind, fire…) is God.
If you are African then you must know that Christianity was used to enslave and kill millions of Africans.
See African Christians worship a Foriegn god. Look at the ignorance of our ex president who would make a trip to Israel to pray to their god anytime there is a crisis in Nigeria. Yeah he was in Paris in solidarity with Charlie will 2000 people were killed in Nigeria.
Is it foolishness that makes Africans believe their are no holy sites in Africa but everything holy is in the Middle East,
Africans fell for this after the Romans used the Jews to bring down Egypt and we are made to believe Moses is a hero and The Egyptian Pharaoh the villan.
Oh yeah you will get the data on the great Egypt in Rome and London it’s that thing called Egyptology
Are you African?

It seems you know a lot about history! Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me about Christianity. I wish we can have sometime to sit together and talk. Do you believe all African deities? Your blogging names seems to suggest. What’s your real name please? I’m impress to have you as a dear friend. Is that your real photo on your About Page? Are you a sister or a brother? Please read more about me on my blog if needed. More later…

Now, South Sudan is a new nation. It’s an offense to refer to us as Sudanese, since 9th July, 2011.

Really? South Sudan and now the current agitation in Nigeria for Biafra is just Neo Colonialist Christians carving out their own peace of Africa.
Christianity has been used to discombobulate Africa since the fall of Egypt. Now I know Sudan is a great African empire and I have no problem with you disassociating yourself from African greatness, it is the christian way after all.

Well, history can tell you more. We did not break out of Sudan because of religion. Kindly find out more before you conclude as if you know what happened.
May I know if you are my sister or brother? This is for proper communications. 🙂

You will not find what am telling you in any history book or school. Do you really believe the powers that be will tell you the truth. Did you get up one morning and decide to breakaway? Why are you a Christian? Then tell me what is the motivation? Sudan an Islamic nation and South Sudan a Christian nation. Even Stevie Wonder can see it is drawn on religious lines. Check this out https://jujufilms.tv/2015/12/18/suicide-missionaries/ I am a brother am sure you can tell from my profile picture. Do your research without a religious blinder I have done mine.

South Sudan is not a Christian country as many think it is. Human beings have their own natural problems, not religion. Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, Atheism, or whatever “ism” is never the cause of human wars. Wherever you find humans, they have issues. So kindly think big…. Brother John, first you gotta stop believing what the colonial masters tell you and you have to stop reading from the white man’s book, then will you overstand.
How many Muslims, Jews and Atheists do you have in South Sudan. From our discussions I believe you are a missionary and your sole aim is to convert me to Christianity. I believe that is an act of war.
Can you tell me one war in human history that is not religious based? The 3 major world religions Islam, Christianity and Judaism are from the Middle East tell me the last time there was peace in the Middle East?
Didn’t Iran and Saudi Arabia just cut ties? Wasn’t Iran upset with Nigeria about the El Zakzaky episode in Zaria Nigeria?
How about the Christian Crusades? I guess Boko Haram, ISIS, Al Qaeda, Al Shebab are terrorizing the world population to stabilize the price of rice.
The whole of North Africa Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Sudan, Algeria, Libya, all the way down to Sub Saharan Africa Mali, Senegal, Niger, Chad, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon were all conquered by Islam

I accept it. I mean, what I am saying is that our human problems are beyond war. White man? I don’t get what you mean by white man’s book. Religion kills, but whether there is religion or not, man will create wars. So, the problem is in the man, not in religion. You get it? 🙂

The white mans book is every book you have read to date including the bible.
In one breath you agree that religion kills then you want to hypothesis that without religion man will still find ways to wage war. You see that is the Christian ideology of living by faith (basing your reasoning on the unknown)
So my question to you is based on historical facts and reality can you point to a war or “justifiable” killing of human that is not based on religion? Brother John even Christians have the death penalty.

Man created religion, right? If so, whatever view made by human beings can cause war. Call it atheism, Christianity, Judaism, or whatever it is. Therefore, the Bible has the right word for man’s problem “SIN”, which means, “missing the mark” or target. Even Christians are not immune to sin as long as they have their human physical bodies…
Mmm. I never thought of converting you…:) It’s amazing you thought so…

Hmmm I thought Christians believe god wrote the bible and Christianity was inspired by god. African Christians also believe Jesus is god.
By the way my brother atheism is not a religion so you cannot lump atheism with Christianity, Judaism, Islam or any other religions group while proving your argument.
No I don’t believe the bible has the right word in SIN the bible is flawed and is a tool used to conquer and enslave, yes Christians are the biggest sinners and hypocrites.

Brother, what is religion? To me, it is a belief in something being a god or not. Atheism is a belief that there is no god, right? Based on this definition, atheism is a religion of “godlessness”. If I believe in myself, that’s my religion. We cannot argue on this issue, brother. Just love me as a human being, do not think also like religious folks, okay?
