Bernie trounced Clinton in Laramie County in Wyoming (689 Sanders, 111 Hillary) until the surrogate (absentee) ballots rolled in. She took the caucus in a final number of 731. This has happened REPEATEDLY throughout the caucus states and it SCREAMS ballot rigging.
