Thanks that is about the average size but they do grow them bigger natural.
That yam at roadside markets go for about N600 which is about $3 in Los Angeles the same yam sells for about $30

in many ways. but needs to boiled as has some ingredients which cut the mouth.

yes needs to be peeled. however am telling you of forms I know of. India is a vast and diverse country. Each region has a different cuisine.
