What is moi-moi please – it looks like sweet potato?

It is made with puree red beans with spices and sometimes palm oil. It can be stuffed with tuna fish or eggs. It is then wrapped in a leaf and boiled. It is a staple Yoruba food

Great my brother, what is the subject? I wondered that you must be bugged down. I started construction on my studio in Abuja. Have to do it hands on only way I can get it done right and under cost. Can you post a link to your research paper if online? Bless my brother.
