That building is in Idumota as you enter the island from Eko bridge. This shot was taken from 3rd Mainland bridge

Ebutte Metta would be more accurate I think. I still need the name of the building there. Or a company with an office there to place it. I stayed in Lagos for only a short while. Only know most companies office spaces.

I think the building is at the end of the off ramp exit of the 3rd Mainland. I think the cross street takes you to Jibowu & Yaba. Hopefully someone can accurately name the building.
