This looks like Ugwu (abi?). It’s like super-food at home, lots of health benefits, I am told. Lots of different ways to eat – squeezed green juice widely used for medicinal purpose. In addition to the leaves, the plant bears large pods (melon like) locally called apiroko (in yoruba) this is also used for soup.
