Oh..just goes to show how much we are alike. We have something similar called “tamale”. It has the power to add inches to your waist just by looking at them….trust me..I’m living proof 😉

Lol, the maize in Nigeria is still pretty much unmodified unlike the maize in the US which has been modified for animal feed and bio fuel. I believe the maize in Mexico is been polluted through wind pollination from the North. Then you have the biggest problem which affects the waistline in corn starch and syrup.
