Let me ask you a question, what are the goats used for? Milk only? I am a cheese fan and I’d like to know, if possible, what kind of cheese is made from goats milk in Nigeria! Cheers!

It depends on what part of Nigeria, in Southern Nigeria they are mostly eaten. In Northern Nigeria especially with the Fulani they are used for milk, cheese and yogurt. I will post a video shortly of the yogurt making process.
