It should not take us 52 years to realize that federalism failed miserably in Nigeria. Not in this day will the idea of trusting the destiny of 160 million people to a “few good men” work in any civilization. The fantasy of a federal police system and a paid position like an “Inspector General of Police ” is an insult to every Nigerian at best.
